Rick lives in rural Ontario with his wife, Kathy. They are the proud parents of three grown children and love to spend time with their growing family on their farm. Rick joined the real estate profession in 1988 as a salesperson in Toronto. In 1990, he advanced his career by achieving his Broker category. Throughout his career, he has helped individuals and investors achieve their real estate goals. Rick has spent many years as a Broker of Record not only for his own brokerage, but for an internationally renowned company as well.
After many successful years with his companies, he began teaching with the Ontario Real Estate College where he was recognized in 2009 with the highest honour of being able to use the Real Estate Instructor (REI) designation for excellence in teaching. Currently, along with the sales side of real estate, Rick facilitates for Humber College teaching the new real estate program for individuals who are looking to become salespeople.
